Crew scheduling for live events

Live event scheduling, calendars, and billing — all in one place.

Crew Ops is the system MCRM LIVE runs on: ask the roster who's free, book the show, track hours from the floor, and hand the client an itemized invoice — without a single group text.

Accounts are created by MCRM LIVE for its crew and staff — there is no public sign-up.

01

Availability, answered

Ask the whole roster about a show in one shot. Each person gets their own link — yes, no, maybe, or just the days that work. Answers land on one board instead of scattered across group texts.

02

Conflicts caught early

Blackout dates and other bookings are checked against every new show automatically, so a double-booking surfaces while there's still time to fix it.

03

Hours from the floor

Crew log call times, meals, travel, per diem, expenses, and rentals from their phone. Overtime, double time, meal penalties, and short-turn premiums calculate themselves.

04

Billing you can hand over

Per-show and per-person totals with itemized PDF reports and receipt photos attached — ready for the client invoice.

How we use text messages and email

Who we message

Only crew members and staff working with MCRM LIVE. We never message the general public, and we never buy, sell, rent, or share phone numbers with anyone.

How people opt in

Crew give us their mobile number directly — in person, by phone, or when they are added to the roster — and agree to receive scheduling messages about work. Providing a number is optional; anyone can choose email instead.

What we send

Availability requests for upcoming shows, booking and call-time confirmations, and sign-in links for this site. Messages go out as shows are planned — typically a few per month, more during a busy production week. No marketing, ever.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also ask your manager to remove your number at any time and we will switch you to email. Message and data rates may apply.

Sample message: “Phillip here — checking availability for Fall Live, Aug 4–8 in Chicago. Can you work it? https://crew.mcrm.live/r/a1b2c3”
