Privacy Policy

MCRM Crew Ops is a private scheduling and timekeeping tool for crew and staff working with MCRM LIVE. It is not open to the public — accounts are created by a manager, and there is no public sign-up.

For each crew member we store the information needed to schedule and pay them: name, mobile phone number, email address, the positions they work, their pay rate, blackout dates they mark as unavailable, the shows they are booked on, and the hours, meal breaks, expenses, and equipment rentals they log. Expense receipts they photograph are stored with the expense.

Passwords are never stored in readable form — only a cryptographic hash. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Only to run the work: asking crew about availability, booking them on shows, avoiding double-bookings, tracking hours, calculating pay, and billing clients. Pay rates and earnings are visible only to the person themselves and to managers — never to other crew.

Opt-in. Consent is collected verbally: when a crew member joins our roster, a manager reads them our consent script — what we send, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and how to reply HELP or STOP — and their number is marked consented only after they say yes. The script and process are published at crew.mcrm.live/sms-consent. Giving a number is optional and never a condition of being hired, booked, or paid — crew can ask to receive email only.

What we send. Availability requests for upcoming shows, booking and call-time confirmations, and sign-in links. Frequency varies with the production schedule, typically a few messages per month. We never send marketing or promotional texts.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also ask your manager to remove your number at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your work — we will contact you by email or phone instead.

Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers strictly to operate the app — Railway for hosting, Twilio to deliver text messages, and Resend to deliver email — and they may only process the information needed to provide those services. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

Show records, hours, and billing history are retained as business and tax records. Crew can ask a manager to correct their information, and to remove their contact details when they are no longer working with us.

Access requires a password, sessions are signed and expire, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are throttled. Traffic to this site is encrypted with HTTPS.
